Commission rate

Here are my commission rates for custom artworks. Please make sure to read my terms and conditions page before proceeding, thanks!

Terms and conditions

Payment: 50% of the service fee must be paid upfront to initiate the commission process, which covers the cost of starting the sketch and accommodating any client approvals during the creation process. The remaining 50% of the service fee shall be paid upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery. Payment methods accepted: Gcash.Artwork Approval: The client will have the opportunity to review and approve sketches or preliminary work before finalizing the artwork. Once the final artwork is approved, no further revisions can be made.Delivery: The delivery timeframe for completed artwork will be communicated at the time of commission and is subject to change based on workload and complexity. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.Usage Rights: The client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial usage rights may be negotiated for an additional fee.Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will only be provided if the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made by the client after work has begun may result in partial or no refund, depending on the progress of the artwork.Copyright: The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without permission.Communication: Open and respectful communication is essential throughout the commission process. Both parties agree to respond promptly to messages and inquiries.Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable negotiation.By commissioning artwork from Nemu's Art Haven, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Artwork Guidelines

I am open to creating artwork in various styles and themes, but there are certain subjects and content that I may not be comfortable or willing to draw. Please review the following guidelines:What I'm willing to make for you:Characters (human, animal, fantasy, etc.)
Portraits
Fan art (subject to copyright and fair use policies)
Landscapes and scenery
Minimalist designs
Explicit or overly sexual contentWhat I'm NOT Willing to make:Graphic violence or gore
Hate speech or offensive imagery
Depictions of illegal activities
